India's R Praggnanandhaa Becomes Second Youngest Grandmaster

At 12 years, 10 months and 13 days, R Praggnanandhaa has become the world’s second youngest Grandmaster by reaching the final round of Gredine Open in Italy. The record of youngest Grandmaster stands in the name of Ukranian Sergey Karjakin, who achieved the feat at 12 years and seven months, in 2002.
